Yes, below is photographic proof that you TOO can be a winner on Nights with Alice Cooper! Mandy was one of the many thousands who answered a trivia question and was entered to win a signed ESP guitar. And she won! Here's what she looks like with her prize, and congrats again, Mandy, thanks for sending the photo to us!

First, this year we lost the amazing Buddy Miles of Jimi Hendrix's Band of Gypsies, now we must mourn the loss of another fantastic and truly original Hendrix drummer from the Jimi Hendrix Experience, Mitch Mitchell.  R.I.P. Mitch!

Thanks to all the many, many thousands of you who answered the online trivia questions at this very website in a quest to win an ESP guitar signed by our host with the most, Alice Cooper. We picked a winner, and (drum roll, please!) her name is Mandy Durst of Salisbury, Pennsylvania. The guitar is on its way to her, and she promised she'd send us a photo of her with the prize as soon as she gets it. So look for that pic here, and fear not, we DO have another guitar (and lots of other great stuff!) to give away soon.

In fact, we will be re-designing this very website and we'll be looking for YOUR feedback! So stay tuned on the air and on the web....

Greetings, mutants and minions! The day is finally here! It's when our master is at his MOST nefarious! Tonight's radio show has many special surprises... and of course, it's the night we finally give away the ESP electric guitar signed by Alice!

Last year, Alice's band dressed as KISS. And Alice's own favorite costume when he was a kid was Zorro! Tonight, who knows? Maybe they'll all dress like Miley Cyrus?

And in the spirit of full disclosure, we thought you might like to know what WE look like today! Yes, we're a Motley Crew, whatcha gonna do about it!? Alice doesn't mind. Maybe he'll dress as US tonight?! So check us out, in all our glory, and don't eat TOO much candy! Happy rockin' Halloween!

I'm hearing that it's a possiblity that Steven Tyler may be dressing up as Robert Plant for next year's possible Led Zeppelin tour...but probably not for Halloween tonight!  I have a poll over at my personal blog, gauging rock fans' interest in such an odd union, so help me gather some results over at my blog.

Ok, in case you weren't already envious enough of us, the slime who get to serve the master on Nights with Alice Cooper, here goes! I got to go to an AC/DC "dress rehearsal" last night in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Ok, can I say WOW. Of course, they opened with "Rock 'N' Roll Train" and did ALL the greats, from, of course, "Back in Black" to "Whole Lotta Rosie," to "Highway to Hell."

They sounded just as AC/DC always have, which is to say: hard, heavy, loud, fun. I've seen them at least six times since the late-80s, and they have NEVER disappointed. And they don't know, even if there's a little less hair on the top of the heads, there's as much fire in the guts.

Brian Johnson really spent a lot of time acknowledging the fans, some of whom had come all the way from Japan! There were about 3,000 contest winners and industry people in the Wachovia, and the show looked something like THIS!
